Sikeston or Bust!

We are heading out this morning for Sikeston!! The day has finally arrived! Lots of snow everywhere but roads are clear. Lilly and I are very excited(well..maybe just me)but as always we are leaving some behind :(

I want to brag for a moment on Gunnar and Craig. I love them so much. They sacrifice a lot for Lilly and I so that we can take these trips. Gunnar misses us terribly when we are gone but he always has his best friend to keep him company, his dad. Really, they are their best friends! Gunnar just said to me the other day that he wished HE was the one with the disability so that his sister wouldn't have to go through all she does. Lord, bless his compassionate heart. But last night in the bathtub he was pinging her in the head with a rubber ball! Oh big brothers!!

This trip will be hard on Craig. This is the first time that we will go the entire 3 weeks without a visit from Dad. His schedule is never the same and very rarely gets 2 days off in a row. He works so hard so that I can be at home with Lilly. He tells me all the time that home is where I belong. With both my kids. He helps me with Lilly and I'm going to miss his muscles the next couple weeks. And Lilly will miss his fuzzy pants too! She loves to rub her face against them.

Well I need to get moving but wanted to update everyone. I will be be posting a lot the next three weeks so enjoy! We would really appreciate prayers for patience and continued learning for Lilly. She is going to get a work out!! So daily healing of the muscles would be good too! Till next time!
