Just wanted to let everyone know that Lilly and I are in KC this week for hyperbaric oxygen treatments. Our friends, Robyn and Christian, are here as well. We are sharing a room to help with expenses. Or that's what we tell our husbands!! It is so nice to have friends that just know. And is great to have friends with typical kids to make us feel "normal", too!
Today was our first day and everything went well. Lilly doesn't have her ear tubes in place so she is having to drink and chew on her chewy as the chamber pressurizes. She's done well with it.
Thank you to everyone who helped or bought pumpkin rolls. Big THANK YOU to the state of Iowa!!! Our friend, Joanna, and her family baked pumpkin bars and pies to sell to their friends. Iowa really showed their heart and raised a lot of money and donations to help pay for Lilly's therapies. We love the Sarvers!
