I was hoping to put some video on here today. Lilly is really talking so much more than before. And LOUDER!! Her speech therapist said that was a possible "side effect" of the vital stim. I told him she was already loud! I wanted to video her and get some of it on tape b/c I can't really explain her new communication very well with words. And just like last time we were here......She said momma today. This time it was in PT and her therapists heard her. Hopefully we hear it more than just once!! It was so sweet! They were walking her on the treadmill and she just looked up at me with that "help me" kind of look and said "momma". Like "momma, help me get out of this!" She worked on sit to stands and she is doing about the last 50%-75% of the standing up. She is coming down with a lot more control and doesn't fall when her bum hits the seat. We start intensive Monday. Something else Craig noticed this weekend was that if we give her sippy cup backwards to her, she turns it around and does it right! There's some critical thinking for you!
